v28.3
Rank genes between markers
Rank genes around a marker
Rank genes fulfilling criteria
Step 1
Which marker do you want to search around?
Around a marker
The region will be made up of everything within 7.5Mb on either side of the marker.
i.e. D4S3051
or
Around a gene
The region will be made up of everything within 7.5Mb on either side of the gene.
i.e. ZNF133
Step 2
What phenotype are you interested in?
A human disease
You can specify that the match set be made up of the genes implicated in a human disease. If you are searching in a different species then the orthologs of human disease genes will be used.
i.e. retinitis pigmentosa
or
A list of genes separated by commas
You can enter a set of match genes manually. You can use gene symbols, uniprot, ensembl or locuslink identifiers.
i.e. DISC1, TSNAX, NPAS3, DRD5
Step 3
Optionally, are there peak markers you want to display alongside the results?
One or more markers separated by commas
A graphical map of your region of interest will be produced on the results page. Any markers that you list here seperated by commas will be displayed on that map.
i.e. D4S408, D4S3051
